Projects in the manufacturing industry are often delivered by multiple vendors working collaboratively. We are a recognised, genuine and reliable business partner with over 2 decades of experience.
We work with suppliers of automated equipment and sensor systems to deliver a total solution. Typically our role is to use a platform such as Ignition to create the desired operating screens, undertake data acquisition and analysis and build KPI reporting. This can be for a single machine or a fully automated production line.
Automated manufacturing equipment continues to increase in sophistication and complexity. Equally as important is capturing real-time data on equipment operation and providing production teams with the information they need to sustain and improve performance.
This is a specialised (but often ignored) requirement and so we work closely with other suppliers to offer a best of breed solution to our clients.

Although OEM providers do their best to anticipate client requirements, we have found it common for ‘out-of-the-box’ performance monitoring software to fall short of client expectations. We liaise with the OEM automation team and the client to build a comprehensive solution that spans PLC outputs, data storage, data analysis and reporting. Allowing DTX to design and build the reporting system to client specification frees up the automation team to focus on what they do best.

We have worked across a broad range of manufacturing sectors but the most common industries we work in are:
